Towards Realizing Dynamic QoS-aware Web Service Composition

In this paper, we identify two major issues related to Web service composition: the lack of formal specifications for services and service compositions and the inability of current service composition approaches to support dynamicity and QoS-awareness in an effective and scalable way.
